Our first stop is a routine maintenance check in Wellington. These preventive services are crucial – they help homeowners avoid those dreaded emergency breakdowns during the peak summer months. I inspect the condensing unit, check refrigerant levels, and clean the coils.
9:30 AM – Emergency Call in Royal Palm Beach
A distress call comes in from a family whose AC unit stopped working overnight. In South Florida’s heat, this is more than an inconvenience – it’s an urgent matter. After diagnosing the issue, I find a failed capacitor. Fortunately, it’s a quick fix with parts we keep stocked in our service vehicles.
